Last night Zach's 6th grade school band participated in the
Thunder Ridge High School Band Gala.
5 Elementary Schools, 1 Middle School and 1 High School all combined and brought together 350 students ranging from high school seniors to elementary 6th graders.
This picture is of all the elementary kids. They started off the night by playing 2 songs and did a great job. The High School and Middle School bands followed up with songs of their own. Then all 3 bands combined to play 2 songs together, which was very impressive.
Everyone had a great time and hopefully hearing how great the older bands play has inspired all these future musicians.

Speaking of bands, Ry's band is playing at the Soiled Dove again this Friday, 8pm. You guys should come! Let me know...
