Ashley's First Meet - Sundance

Ashley competed in her first level 4 gymnastics meet this weekend in Monument CO.

and guess what...

Ashley took 2nd place all-around!

She had an overall score of 35.6 and already qualified for state in June (you need a score of 34).

Ashley took 3rd place in floor with a 9.2. (they only gave out metals to the top 3 for each event).

She also scored a 9.0 on bars (her toughest event but she nailed the entire routine), 8.9 on vault and 8.5 on beam (her strongest event but she had a 0.5 deduction for stepping off the beam).

The Encore team took 2nd place overall!

Before the big event on Sunday Ash let me take some pictures of her once she was ready for the meet.

...a wonderful husband who brings home beautiful flowers, just because.

the sound of basketballs bouncing in my driveway

a nephew who makes me SO proud

freshly painted rooms...the BEST!

watching my children try their hardest at something

witnessing my children succeed

spring cleaning...love it!

a house full of stinky teenage boys

my AMAZING cleaning lady

great report cards

firepit nights with my hubby

my workout playlist...lots of Lady GaGa

a funny boy who makes me laugh everyday

daylight savings time...yahoo!!

my new bleacher chairs...this one just makes my butt really happy

Juggling...

Just substitute the soccer ball and baby bottle in this picture with a basketball and my car keys and that about sums up what I've been up to lately.

On the bright side...at least with all the activities the kids have going on these days I should have a bunch of really great posts...that is once I find the time to actually post them.
