My Mom by Cameron
My mom is as glamourous as a celebrity.
I always feel great when I'm with her.
She makes me feel good inside.
And she doesn't even need a chauffeur.
My mom likes to watch Dancing with the Stars.
And go on Facebook.
She likes to go to people's blogs too.
And she doesn't care if she has to cook.
My mom makes me happy.
She's as funny as a clown.
She makes me laugh.
But doesn't make me frown.
I had a meeting at work this morning and wasn't able to go up to the school for "Tea for Mom" in Cameron's class. He was a little bummed out at first but he understood, he's such a sweet kid! Thankfully he has an awesome dad who offered to go in my absence and take a video of Cameron reciting the Mother's Day poem he wrote for me. John was pretty sure he would be the only dad there but he didn't think he would literally be sitting in for me as they made him sit right up front in the special 'Mom' chair during Cameron's reading. But as always John was a champ and played right along with everything...he really is the best dad and husband a girl could ask for.
